Order Status Display
Pending Payment:
Order submitted and pending for payment, please complete the payment within 72 hours or it will be canceled automatically.
Pending Orders:
In this status, the order has been paid successfully. Now it is under processing of agent. Please wait patiently, the order is currently to be queued for assignment to an agent.
Outstanding Payment：
The actual item cost or domestic shipping fee exceeds the payment of the original order. Users are required to make up the difference before continuing the purchase.
Ordered:
The order has been purchased by your agent, and it is waiting for seller to ship it to our warehouse.
Shipped(Local):
Your order has shipped by the seller to Hipobuy warehouse. Normally it will take 3-5 days to arrive at warehouse.
Arrived:
The order has reached Hipobuy warehouse and is awaiting inspection.
Stored:
Order is stored, you have 90 days of free storage, please pay attention to the valid storage period and submit the parcel.
Canceled:
The order is canceled by the agent or system, the refund will be returned to your Hipobuy wallet.
Under Review：
Your refund application is being processed and will remain in this status until the return is completed.
Returned:
The return and refund process has been completed. The refund has been sent to your Hipobuy account.
Status of the Submitted Parcel Orders
Wait for Payment Payment:
The package has been submitted and is awaiting payment.
Waiting for Packing：
The international package containing your items has been successfully paid for. Your package is currently being packed, weighed, and prepared for collection by the logistics provider.
Waiting for Confirmation：
The customer needs to pay an additional shipping fee due to the actual weight of the package exceeding the estimated weight.
Waiting for Delivery：
Your package has completed the outbound process and is now awaiting pickup by the logistics provider.
Shipped(International):
The package has been sent internationally.
I've confirmed receipt:
You have received the package.
