2️⃣ Create Order

• Buy from Taobao, Weidian and 1688:

Copy and paste the product linkdirectly into the Hipobuy search bar for order processing.

For the platforms that cannot be searched directly via Hipobuy, please clickFill & Buy (DIY). Ensure all product details are entered accurately and if the price is unknown, you may enter1 CNYas a placeholder.

3️⃣ Submit Order

1. Place the Order

On the product page, select the desired color, size, and quantity. If you have any special instruction or need the buyer agent to contact the seller, include them in the "Leave a message"section. Once everything is set, click"Buy Now"to proceed.

2. Confirm Order Details

• Ensure your address information. If your address isn't listed, contact our online support.
• Click "Select Coupon" to use a discount. No coupon? Join our Discord to get one.
• Once everything is confirmed, click "Submit" to pay.*App Page:

3. Complete Payment

On the final page, choose your payment method. If your balance or coins are insufficient, you can use combined payment. After payment, your order will enter the purchasing pool for the buyer agent to purchase.

4️⃣Purchased Order

• Order Processing:Once your order is submitted and the payment is confirmed, our buyer agent will verify and complete the purchase within 6 working hours. You can check the status on your "Order" page.App Page:

1️⃣ Arrived Order

The orders will first arrive at the delivery station of warehouse and within approximately 24 -48 hours, they are transferred to the warehouse and scanned into the system.

Note*: Before your order is sent to Hipobuy warehouse and stored, all incoming orders can be tracked on the**"Order"**page only.*

2️⃣ Inspection & Storage

After the warehouse receives and scans your orders, warehouse agents will complete the quality check and store the items on shelves within24 hours.Stored products can remain in the warehouse free of charge for up to 90 days.App Page:

1️⃣ Submit a Parcel

• Combine and Submit Orders– Select your items on the “Warehouse” page and combine them into one parcel.
• Enter Shipping Information– Provide your shipping address, select a packing method, and choose a shipping line.
• Use a Coupon and Complete Payment– Use available coupons and proceed to payment to confirm your shipment.***App Page:

**Note:International shipping fees are calculated based on the estimated parcel weight and size, selected shipping method, and destination region. If you want to know the estimated shipping fee in advance, you can check in ourestimation tool*.***

2️⃣ Hipobuy Shipment

• Parcel Processing:After you submit your parcel, the warehouse team will complete packing within 24 hours and prepare the shipment for dispatch.
• Parcel Details & Tracking:Once packed, parcel details will be available on the"Parcel"page. Delivery status on the parcel page will also be updated in real-time based on the latest logistics information.App Page:

**Note:*The final shipping cost is set by the carrier based on your parcel’s final weight and size. If there’s any difference from your deposit, we’ll refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency.***

3️⃣ Parcel Received
