Combined Payment Rules
- We support combined payments, which could be instant transactions and refunds. Transaction records can be viewed on the "My Assets" page to track income and expenses.
- For combined payments, the priority deduction order is gold coins and balance. Gold coins and balance cannot be used together in the same transaction.
- The payment method displayed at the top of the combined payment page is the primary deduction channel. For example, when using gold coins + PayPal, gold coins will be deducted first, and the remaining amount will be charged to PayPal.
- Combined payments can be used for products and shipping fees but are not applicable for supplementary payments or price differences.
- If an order is paid using gold coins + credit card/PayPal, the gold coin portion will be refunded to your Gold Coin page, while the PayPal portion will be refunded as balance to your Hipobuy account.
Note: If a third-party payment channel (Paypal or International credit card) times out or fails, your gold coins or balance will be temporarily frozen. Funds will be automatically refunded to your account within 24 hours.
