1. Why is my Hipobuy account locked

If your Hipobuy account is locked, there are generally two reasons:

  1. You have a transaction under review and authentication, and we need you to provide further information to cooperate with the review. Once the review is approved, we will promptly unlock your account;
  1. You have recently raised a dispute/chargeback regarding your PayPal or credit card transaction. Once a chargeback is initiated, our system will automatically lock your Hipobuy account. Once you cancel the chargeback and notify us, we will promptly unlock your account.

2. What are the impacts of Hipobuy account locking?

If your Hipobuy account is locked, the processing of your account related requirements will be put on hold, including:

  1. Order procurement;
  1. Package delivery;
  1. Refund request;
