Reference Standards for Intact Product Packaging

Products in the following categories must comply with the standards below. Deviations from these standards will invalidate the no-reason return/exchange policy.

Category Special Intact Standards

Sports Shoes Anti-theft tags/anti-tamper stickers (if present) must not be cut or removed, without affecting reasonable use.

Cleaning Agents/Sanitary Napkins/Paper/Incense Cleaning products (if applicable): One-time sealed packaging must remain unopened.

Hair Care/Wigs Hair care products (if applicable): One-time sealed packaging must remain unopened.

Skincare/Body Care/Essential Oils One-time sealed packaging (if present) must remain unopened.

Cosmetics/Perfumes/Beauty Tools One-time sealed packaging (if present) must remain unopened.

Digital/Home Appliances (excl. cameras/large appliances) 1. Network access license (if applicable) must not be damaged;2. No liquid immersion.

Digital Cameras/DSLRs/Camcorders DSLR shutter count must not exceed 20 uses.

Large Appliances 1. LCD TVs/air conditioners: Simple power-on testing allowed; wall-mounted installation prohibited;2. Washing machines: Water usage prohibited.

Model Toys/Anime/Cosplay/Board Games Inner packaging (if present) seals/plastic wraps for models, figurines, BJDs, etc., must not be removed.

Electronic Components 1. No welding operations performed;2. Integrated circuits must not be installed on IC sockets;3. Consumables (thermal paste, adhesives, etc.): One-time sealed packaging must remain unopened.

"Gaming Software" under Gaming/Accessories One-time sealed outer packaging (if present) must remain unopened.

Pet Food/Supplements/Medicine under Pet Care One-time sealed outer packaging (if present) must remain unopened.

Books/Magazines 1. One-time sealed packaging (if present) must remain unopened;2. No creases, water stains, stains, marks, or signs of reading.

Feed/Animal Healthcare under Livestock Supplies One-time sealed packaging (if present) must remain unopened.

Food (incl. health supplements), cosmetics, medical devices, contraceptive products, personal care items, adult products, baby diapers, books, audiovisual products Outer packaging with one-time seals must not be unsealed.

"Sealed"means: the outer packaging of the goods has been sealed by the manufacturer with a seal (stick) or an overall plastic (airtight) packaging measures.
