Hipobuy is committed to providing professional cross-border services through intelligent logistics solutions spanning the globe, integrating all product categories, and connecting omni-channel networks. Before using this system, you must read this Service Agreement in its entirety. Hipobuy reserves the right to adjust shipping rates and service timelines based on operational costs and market conditions. Any adjustments will be announced in advance through official channels to ensure transparency. A dynamic feedback mechanism will be implemented to provide comprehensive explanations for changes in pricing and delivery timelines.

For logistics issues including delays, damage, loss, taxation, or confiscation, Hipobuy will handle claims according to post-sales compensation policies. We continuously optimize insurance services to mitigate shipment risks (e.g., delays, damage, loss).

To expedite customs clearance, Hipobuy will declare goods based on their actual value. For self-declaration requests, contact our online customer service before package sealing. Note: Higher weight/value increases customs taxation probability. Declared values will serve as the basis for loss claims. Enhanced protection requires purchasing insurance.

When placing orders or providing recipient information, Hipobuy collects: Names, addresses, and contact details of senders/recipients and goods information for order processing, waybill generation, storage, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery. Per destination country requirements, ID documents will be collected solely for identity verification and customs declaration.

If incorrect addresses are provided, we may supplement/correct them using historical shipment data (in compliance with personal information storage regulations) to improve efficiency and prevent delivery errors.

Disclaimer: Hipobuy is not liable for losses caused by:

1. Acts by administrative authorities or third parties (non-Hipobuy personnel)

1. Security regulations imposed by government departments

1. Force majeure (riots, strikes, natural disasters, system failures)

1. Transportation network disruptions or electromagnetic data corruption

Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the Hangzhou International Arbitration Court for arbitration.

Language Priority: In case of discrepancies, the Chinese version shall prevail.

Your Commitment:Goods entrusted to Hipobuy must comply with import/export regulations. Losses arising from non-compliant goods or false declarations are your responsibility. You shall indemnify Hipobuy for any resulting damages.
