Hipobuy User Registration Agreement

This "Hipobuy User Registration Agreement" may be updated by Hipobuy from time to time. The updated terms will replace the previous terms once published. Users can view the updated terms on the Hipobuy platform. If you do not accept the modified terms, please stop using the services provided by Hipobuy. Continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

Important:Before you click "Agree" to register, you should carefully read the following agreement. Please make sure you fully understand the terms of this agreement, including but not limited to:

[Special Reminder] The "Hipobuy User Registration Agreement" consists of the "Hipobuy Service Agreement," "Hipobuy Service Terms," and "Hipobuy User Privacy Policy." Once you complete the registration process and agree to this agreement, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement. If any disputes arise between you and Hipobuy regarding the services provided by the Hipobuy platform, they should be resolved according to the "Hipobuy Service Agreement."

If you do not agree with this agreement or any of its terms, you should immediately stop the registration process.

Hipobuy Service Agreement

1.User Confirmation and Acceptance

The electronic services under this agreement (referring to the services provided by www.Hipobuy.com and its mobile applications) are owned and operated by Hipobuy. After you agree to all the registration terms and complete the registration process, you can become an official user of Hipobuy. By clicking "Agree to this Agreement," you confirm that you are able to enjoy the services provided by Hipobuy, including but not limited to purchasing services, and will bear the legal responsibilities that arise from using these services. This agreement is binding for both you and Hipobuy, and unless otherwise agreed, it is effective permanently. All rights and operations of the related registered user services belong to "Beijing Huanpeng Technology Co., Ltd.". Registered at: Room 2221, 1st Floor, No. 6 Min'an Road, Changziying Town, Daxing District, Beijing,China.

2.Services Provided by Hipobuy Merchants

Forwarding and Purchasing Services

(1) Product Search and Display Services:

Hipobuy displays the sales and purchase links of sellers from platforms like Taobao and 1688 to help you communicate and purchase items. Hipobuy does not actually sell goods and is not the sales entity or platform.

(2) Purchasing and Forwarding Services:

Purchasing agency service: All purchasing agency services under this Agreement are independently provided to you by third-party purchasing agents. Currently, these third-party purchasing agents offer their services free of charge, but you need to pay in advance for the goods you need for purchasing agency.

However, if you entrust Hipobuy to provide third-party merchant purchasing services, you will need to pay a platform service fee to Hipobuy. The specific platform service fee is calculated at 8% of the cost of the purchasing goods (due to exchange rate fluctuations and settlement timing, the actual calculation may vary slightly).

You agree that Hipobuy may directly add the platform service fee when you confirm payment for the purchasing goods. If you fail to pay the platform service fee simultaneously, Hipobuy will be unable to generate and verify your purchasing agency order.

Cross-Border Shipping: If the goods in your purchasing agency order require international shipping, Hipobuy will recommend third-party logistics providers to you. You are responsible for independently selecting a logistics provider, who will then provide services directly to you. You must pay the shipping fee to the logistics provider and the platform service fee to Hipobuy, calculated at 8% of the shipping fee (considering exchange rate fluctuations and settlement timing, the actual calculation may vary slightly).

You agree that Hipobuy may directly add the platform service fee when you confirm payment for shipping. If you fail to pay the platform service fee simultaneously, Hipobuy will be unable to generate and verify your shipping order. Hipobuy assumes no responsibility for any customs fines, delivery delays, damages, or losses that may occur during international shipping. You must assess and bear all associated risks.

If issues arise with your shipment, you may authorize Hipobuy to act as a communication intermediary to negotiate claims with the third-party logistics provider. Any disputes or conflicts between you and the logistics provider are unrelated to Hipobuy, and all compensation matters shall be determined solely by the logistics provider’s policies. Hipobuy bears no liability in such cases, nor does it assume any joint or secondary responsibility.

(3) Purchasing and Forwarding Disclaimer:

Hipobuy does not guarantee the quality of items purchased from platforms like 1688 and does not provide a complete inspection of the goods. Limited random checks and after-sales services are offered. Please choose products carefully and bear the risks yourself.

(4) Return/Exchange Policy:

You can enjoy a 5-day return and exchange service for goods purchased via Hipobuy (depending on the situation), but only one return/exchange is allowed within 30 days, and no fees are charged. After that, fees may apply or some orders may not be eligible for return/exchange.

(5) Parcel Forwarding Agreement and Inspection Rules:

You must understand that Hipobuy provides entrusted purchasing services and is not an online commodity seller. The "Interim Measures for No-reason Return of Online Shopping Goods within 7 Days" is not applicable. The products purchased by acbuy on your behalf can be returned and exchanged without reason within 5 days (depending on the specific situation).

(6)Domestic Returns and International Returns:

Due to the speciality of international logistics, some parcels may be marked as "failed domestic security inspection" by customs in the sender's country. Hipobuy may arrange free redelivery after the parcel is returned. If your parcel has been shipped overseas and is returned due to failed international security inspection, absence of recipient, incorrect/incomplete address, or delivery failure, redelivery costs shall be borne by you. For this agreement, "domestic returns" apply only to Mainland China.

(7) Delivery Delay Insurance and Compensation:

If a parcel exceeds the platform's published insured delivery timeline from the date it is handed to a third-party carrier, it will be deemed delayed. Compensation for delays will be determined by Hipobuy and the relevant third-party logistics provider after the recipient applies for a claim, and refunded to the payment account of the international parcel. No compensation applies to delays caused by force majeure (e.g., customs, weather, government/judicial actions, traffic restrictions, strikes, regulatory changes, terrorism, violent crimes, war).

(8) Parcel Insurance and Compensation:

If your parcel is lost and you purchased insurance when placing the order, the insurer will compensate based on the insured value. You acknowledge full responsibility for losses if the parcel contains internationally prohibited items or is lost due to factors specified in the insurance policy.

(9) Parcel Receipt:

Signing for a parcel concludes the delivery process. Inspect the outer packaging upon receipt. Report any issues to customer service immediately after signing.

(10) After-Sales Service:

Confirm receipt promptly on the website after receiving the parcel. Apply for after-sales service within the valid period (calculated based on shipping and confirmation dates). No service is provided after expiration. Additional Fees Notice: If redelivery, alternate delivery locations, or other fees apply, you must respond and pay within Hipobuy's specified timeframe (based on customer service's email/SMS notification). Fees will be deducted from your Hipobuy account balance if unpaid within the timeframe.

(11) Worry-Free Compensation Policy:

Before using Hipobuy’s services, you must understand relevant rules and confirm your rights and obligations under this agreement.

(12) Liability Exemption Statement

(I) Hipobuy is committed to providing you with a hassle-free international shopping experience. The following special circumstances are deemed as your acceptance and authorization for Hipobuy to proceed with subsequent operations. If you have questions, please contact customer service before submitting your order.

a) Sensitive Items:

To ensure smooth delivery, Hipobuy may remove sensitive items such as essential oils, contact lens solution, lubricants, batteries, glue, etc.

b) Customs Policies:

Items like counterfeit goods, products containing large amounts of liquid/powder, battery-equipped items, food, or medicine may face shipping risks due to customs policies. Hipobuy shall not be liable for customs clearance or related legal consequences arising from such risks.

c) Inability to Perform Professional Inspections:

Hipobuy may not perform professional inspections (quality, authenticity, completeness) for certain items (e.g., electronics, counterfeit goods, tickets, cards, models). Our inspectors can only verify the external packaging and accessories. Hipobuy cannot open items to inspect quality and therefore disclaims all liability for product quality.

d) Fragile Items:

Ceramic/glass products or irregularly shaped items (e.g., wipers, shock absorbers) may incur wear or damage during transit. Hipobuy advises caution when purchasing such items. While Hipobuy ensures their integrity before shipment, if deemed fragile by logistics providers and damaged during transit, resulting losses and liabilities shall be borne solely by you.

e) Customized Items:

For customized items, negotiate directly with the seller. After successful negotiation, provide Hipobuy with the seller's contact details. Hipobuy may not inspect such items professionally, and any losses or liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne solely by you.

f) Deposit Orders:

Per Taobao seller rules, orders with paid deposits cannot be canceled. Buyers must follow seller updates and pay the remaining balance to proceed with shipment. Unpaid balances after the deadline forfeit the deposit.

g) Low-Reputation Sellers:

Purchase from sellers with a rating of three stars or above and Taobao deposit payments. Disputes (e.g., non-delivery, fake shipments, after-sales issues) with low-reputation or non-deposit sellers shall be your responsibility.

h) CD/Model Items:

CDs and models have high collectible value and cannot be inspected internally due to sealed plastic packaging. Hipobuy only verifies external integrity. All associated risks and liabilities are yours.

If your order involves the above risks, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms. Read carefully. Hipobuy reserves the final right of interpretation.

(II) Hipobuy shall not be liable for loss, damage, shortage, or delay caused by the following non-Hipobuy factors:

a) Losses due to force majeure (except insured items);

b) Confiscation or disposal by authorities for violating restricted/prohibited item rules;

c) Intact outer packaging with missing/damaged contents upon delivery;

d) Recipient’s signature on the delivery receipt;

e) Loss/delay caused by user or item-related issues;

f) Failure to file a claim within the query period after delivery;

g) Detention, confiscation, or destruction by destination/transit country laws;

h) Other causes not attributable to Hipobuy.

(III) Prohibited Items

a) Items prohibited for shipment include:

Items banned by national laws/regulations;

Explosive, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, or toxic materials;

Reactionary/obscene publications, books, or materials;

Currency of any kind;

Items harmful to public health;

Perishable goods;

Live animals (except bees, silkworms, leeches with safe packaging);

Poorly packaged items posing safety risks or damaging mail/equipment;

Other non-mailable items.

b) Postal prohibitions under general practice:

Items endangering postal staff or equipment;

Sharp-edged metal-sealed mail obstructing processing;

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, flammables, corrosives, radioactive materials, poisons, narcotics, biochemicals, pathogens;

Items threatening social stability, obscene materials, propaganda;

Public health hazards;

Items banned by import/export or circulation laws;

Other items prohibited by customs authorities.

c) Taiwan-specific postal prohibitions:

Items endangering postal staff or equipment;

Sharp-edged metal-sealed mail;

Flammable/explosive items (except fragile biological materials) shipped between registered entities with official permits;

Live animals (except bees, silkworms, leeches, or pest-control insects) shipped between registered entities;

Radioactive materials;

Opium, morphine, narcotics (unless permitted for medical/research use with official certification and insurance);

Obscene/indecent materials (unless certified as evidence and sent via registered mail);

Items banned by destination country laws;

Items prohibited for sale/manufacture in Taiwan (unless certified as evidence and sent via registered mail);

Lottery tickets/flyers (unless certified as evidence and sent via registered mail);

Other illegal items per laws/regulations.

d) In no event shall Hipobuy be liable for indirect losses or unrealized profits.

1688 Purchasing Agent Service Rules

The following purchasing agent services are provided by Hipobuy to assist you in purchasing specified goods from 1688 sellers. Hipobuy does not guarantee the quality of 1688 goods, does not provide detailed inventory checks, and only offers limited random inspections and after-sales services. Please exercise caution when selecting goods and bear all associated risks.

3.International Logistics Restrictions

Products purchased in China must comply with the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and be allowed for export. Due to different customs policies in various countries, some products may be seized or destroyed by customs in certain countries. Hipobuy does not take responsibility for such actions.

The inspection of packages by the customs is basically in the form of spot checks. If the customs thinks that your package is special (such as too large in size, too heavy in weight, or contains sensitive goods, etc.), the customs will actively contact the recipient to request an invoice or customs clearance document. Please ask the entrusted purchaser to cooperate in fulfilling the obligation of customs information disclosure. Hipobuy does not make any promises or guarantees for customs clearance.

4.Agreement Updates and User Obligations

1) With the development of Hipobuy's business, this "Service Agreement" may be updated from time to time. However, Hipobuy shall not reduce your rights under this agreement without your explicit consent. Hipobuy will notify you of updates via website announcements or other appropriate methods. Please regularly visit Hipobuy's website to stay updated on the latest version of the agreement.

2) For major changes, Hipobuy will notify you through significant notices, such as emails, SMS, or special on-page notifications.

3) You are obligated to review and read the latest version of this agreement and Hipobuy's announcements. If you disagree with the updated agreement, you should immediately stop using the services provided by Hipobuy. Continuing to use the services will be regarded as your acceptance of the updated agreement. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the agreement remains valid.

4) Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThe formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of China. If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent people's court in the jurisdiction where this agreement was signed. The signing location of this agreement is Yuhang District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province, People's Republic of China.

Legal Statement and Privacy Policy

Hipobuy highly values user privacy and the protection of personal information. When you use our products or services, we may collect and use your relevant information. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, share, and transfer such information during your use of our products or services, as well as the methods we provide for accessing, updating, deleting, and safeguarding this information. This includes, but is not limited to, synchronizing and transmitting your platform account ID and operational behavior on the Hipobuy website to our shopping platform partners such as Taobao and 1688. The specific terms of the Privacy Policy shall be governed by Hipobuy's Hipobuy User Privacy Policy.
