1. If you want to cancel your electronic check transaction

2. If you want to cancel your electronic check payment order and receive a refund

If you are using an electronic check for payment and your electronic check transaction is currently being reviewed by PayPal, please understand that we need to wait for your electronic check to be reviewed and credited before we can process the refund for you. The general review time for electronic checks is 5 to 7 working days.

If you are using an electronic check for payment and your electronic check transaction has been approved by PayPal and credited to your Hipobuy account, if you wish to cancel the order and refund at this time, you will need to withdraw the payment through your Hipobuy account after canceling the order. Once your withdrawal request is successful, it will generally be processed and returned to your designated account within 24 hours of working days. The refund application for weekends will be executed on Monday.
