Estimated Billing Weight
Inbound Weighing: Records the original packaging weight of goods upon warehouse arrival.
Shipment Submission Estimate: The system automatically estimates the total post-packaging weight based on the inbound weight.
Actual Billing Weight
Warehouse Verification Stage: After packaging, the warehouse team weighs the parcel and measures its dimensions.
If the logistics provider does not adjust the weight/volume, the warehouse-measured data becomes the final billing basis.
Billing Rules
International Shipping Standards:Charges are based on the higher value between actual weight and volumetric weight (Volumetric Weight = Length × Width × Height ÷ Volumetric Divisor).
Shipping fee difference handling: If the actual billing weight of the packaged package is higher than the estimated billing weight, the system will notify the user to pay the additional shipping fee. If the estimated billing weight of the package is higher than the actual billing weight by more than one additional-weight increment, the system will automatically refund the difference to your account balance within 72 hours after the package is shipped.
