To ensure that your items are delivered smoothly, we have established appropriate handling standards for the items we receive. E-commerce platforms like Taobao may have illegal business practices, so we advise you to shop cautiously. The following special circumstances will be deemed as your consent and preparation for subsequent actions. If you have any questions about placing an order, please contact customer service.

1 Sensitive Products: Items containing essential oils, lotions, lubricants, batteries, adhesives, and other sensitive materials will be removed to ensure the smooth delivery of your order.

2 Customs Policy: Items containing branded products, large quantities of liquids or powders, items with electrical components, food, medicine, and other goods may be subject to customs restrictions and carry certain shipping risks. Hipobuy is not responsible for customs clearance and will not bear any legal responsibility for any consequences arising from the aforementioned risks.

3 No Professional Inspection: If you purchase electrical appliances, branded products, tickets, cards, etc., we are unable to conduct a professional inspection of these items (such as checking for quality, authenticity, or completeness). Our inspectors can only check the external condition of the items or verify if all accessories are included, but they cannot open the devices to inspect their quality.

4 Fragile Items: Items such as ceramics, glass products, and irregularly shaped items (eg: wipers, automatic vent doors, etc.) may be subject to wear and breakage during transit. Please purchase with caution. We ensure the integrity of items before shipment, but if items are damaged during shipping and categorized as fragile by the logistics provider, the loss due to such circumstances will be borne by you.

5 Custom-made Products: If the order you submit is for a custom-made product, we recommend that you directly communicate with the seller to meet your requirements. After successful negotiation, you will need to provide us with the seller's AliWangwang instant messaging ID, messages, or identifiers. We cannot conduct a professional inspection of these items, so you will bear the risk of any loss arising from such circumstances.

6 Deposit Orders: Due to Taobao seller policies, once a deposit order is placed, it cannot be canceled. You must follow up with the seller's updates and settle any outstanding balance. Only then can the goods be delivered. If the balance is not cleared within the specified time, the deposit will not be refunded.

7 Vendors with Poor Credit: We recommend selecting sellers with a good reputation, at least a "three-star" rating, and those who have made payments through Taobao's escrow service. If a seller has low credibility and no guarantee of payment, issues like fake shipments, non-delivery, no after-sales service, or lack of consumer rights protection may arise. You will bear the loss arising from such risks.

8. "CD" and "handmade" products:Due to the high collectible value of both "CD" and "handmade" products, in order not to affect the user's collection, the inspection standard for such products is not to open the plastic bag for inspection. Only the appearance can be inspected for damage, and the details of the interior cannot be verified in detail. The risks arising from this need to be borne by you.
