Why is my promotion alliance feature banned from use?

If you engage in any of the following behaviors, after verification by Hipobuy, your promotion alliance function and the right to obtain profits will be restricted:

Fraudulent behavior: Promoters use deception, false advertising, and other means to gain more promotional users and higher commissions, including but not limited to: excessively exaggerating the platform's services or functions in promotional activities to attract more promotional users; Brushing orders and promoting data; Download unofficial clients; Using illegal tools such as emulators, plugins, and plugins to scan, download, install, register, log in, give away, receive bonuses, and withdraw funds; Register multiple accounts; Tampering device data; Malicious profiteering and disrupting platform order; Using plugins, plugins, systems, or third-party tools to interfere, damage, modify, or exert other influences on the platform, as well as other improper means that we deem appropriate;

1. Illegal behavior: Promoters engage in behaviors that violate laws, regulations, or platform regulations during promotional activities, including but not limited to infringement, spreading rumors, spreading violence, pornography, political provocative information, etc;

1. Interference with the normal operation of the platform: Promoters use technical or other means to attack, destroy or interfere with the platform, and use platform promotion activities to carry out network attacks or spread viruses, etc;

1. Malicious competition: Promoters use platform promotion alliances to engage in malicious competition, including but not limited to stealing the labor achievements of other promoters, attacking and slandering other promoters, or engaging in other behaviors that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other promoters;

1. Publishing false information: Promoters publish information that violates national laws, administrative regulations, or infringes on the legitimate rights and interests of third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property, portrait rights, etc.

1. Infringement of personal information: Promoters illegally obtain and disseminate personal information of promotional users during the promotion process.

1. Promoting competitor platforms: The behavior of promoters on other cross-border purchasing platforms similar in nature to Hipobuy will result in them losing their promotion qualifications and the right to benefit from the promotion alliance.

1. Violation of contract terms: Promoters shall not violate any terms of the promotion alliance agreement, including but not limited to promotion rules, bonus acquisition process, etc.

1. What consequences will my violations during promotion lead to?

After verifying your violation, Hipobuy officials will impose the following penalties based on the severity of the violation and the situation of rectification:

1. Disable the promotion alliance function, during which new promotion users cannot be obtained, and suspend the settlement of promotion commissions;

1. In response to the behavior of obtaining promotional users through fraud, Hipobuy will verify and terminate the promotional users deceived by the promoters;

1. For promoters who have repeatedly committed serious violations, Hipobuy will permanently restrict the use of their promotion alliance function and close the appeal channel.

1. I have stopped violating regulations. How can I restore the normal use of the promotion alliance function?

If you have stopped violating the rules, please click the "Appeal" button on the promotion alliance interface. Hipobuy will review your rectification situation and confirm that there are no violations. After confirming, your promotion alliance will be restored to normal use;

If you do not actively rectify and click the "Appeal" button, the penalty of disabling the promotion alliance function will continue.

*The promotional users obtained through fraudulent behavior will be reset to zero and cannot be recovered.
